Use Tax Autofill to populate public record fields when adding a new listing.
 
Note: Not available to all Paragon / Paragon Connect users.

How to use Tax Autofill

When adding a new listing to Paragon Connect, click on "Tax Autofill"

Add the required criteria and at least one "Additional" criteria to search for the tax record of the desired property.

After criteria has been added to all necessary fields, click "SEARCH"

Find the desired property. Click on "DETAILS" to view more information about the properties on the results screen, if necessary.

Once the desired property is found, click on "Autofill"

And then select the desired class type.

Then follow the steps to add the listing.
